About

Dr. Bobbi Byrne is a Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Indiana University School of Medicine and the Vice Chair for Education in the Department of Pediatrics. She is an attending neonatologist at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. Her educational interest is in simulated based medical education and she is director of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Dr. Byrne serves on the Graduate Medical Education Committee for the section of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. She is the director of a state wide outreach program taking simulated medical educational experiences to hospitals throughout the state of Indiana. Nationally, Dr. Byrne serves on the Chair of AAP's Longitudinal Study of Pediatricians Project Advisory Committee and is a member of the NRP Steering Committee.
