About

Pastor Notoshia Howard is the Team Lead Chaplain for Congregational Care Network. She travels to different regions within Indiana setting up Congregational Care Network Chaplains in Outpatient Clinics. Notoshia completed all four units of Clinical Pastoral Education at IU Health and completed a Fellowship, as the CCN's first chaplain. Chaplain Notoshia graduated from Christian Theological Seminary in 2024 with a Doctor of Ministry. Her thesis consists of It Might Take A Woman: A Critical Examination of the National Baptist Convention in Indianapolis, IN. She currently, pastors The Rock Christian Church, located in Brownsburg, IN. Notoshia is married to Chaplain Eddie Howard Sr. Together they have five children and seven grandchildren.
