William A. Taylor, III, is a dedicated individual with a profound devotion to spirituality and a zest for living. With over three decades of experience in public ministry, he has worn many hats as a pastor/teacher, church planter, Spiritual counselor, and chaplain. Holding board certification as a chaplain, William has contributed over 25 years of service to IU Health, where he continues to make a significant impact as Director of Chaplaincy for the Indianapolis Suburban region.
Beyond his professional roles, William is highly sought after as a consultant, workshop leader, retreat facilitator, teacher, and trainer. His areas of expertise encompass a wide range of interests, including the exploration of cultural and religious diversity, as well as holistic healing practices such as yoga and meditation. He is deeply intrigued by Eastern philosophies concerning the connection between body and mind, and he delves into the role of belief systems in shaping our perceptions of life, death, grief, and loss.
With a robust background spanning education, psychology, theology, and holistic health, William brings a rich tapestry of knowledge to his endeavors. In his leisure time, he indulges in voracious reading on spiritual practices, continually seeking to deepen his understanding of the human experience.
An avid motorcyclist, William finds solace and connection on the open road astride his Honda Gold Wing, where he encounters a myriad of people and experiences. He embraces the philosophy that the spiritual journey is an ongoing process, and he encourages others to live life to its fullest extent.
William is happily married and cherishes his role as a father to two remarkable children and a Labradoodle baby named, Coco. His life is a testament to his unwavering commitment to personal growth, spiritual exploration, and the pursuit of a meaningful existence.
