About

Tricia Behringer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the IU Health Congregational Care Network. Tricia received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hanover College in Madison, IN, followed by a Masters in Social Work degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN.

Tricia spent over 15 years of her professional career at the National Kidney Foundation where she developed and managed programs benefitting patients impacted by kidney disease. In addition, she developed continuing education programs for renal professionals for the state of Indiana and collaborated on numerous fundraising efforts. Tricia has dedicated over 20 years professionally and personally promoting organ donation and advocating for patients on the waiting list at the local and national level and continues to do so. Tricia currently serves on the Board of Directors for Hero Reward, Inc., a nonprofit located in Southern Indiana, that offers a retreat for US Service Men and Women and First Responders to aid in mental and physical recovery from traumatizing events.   

In her downtime, Tricia stays busy with her three sons and enjoys spending time with her family, visiting and traveling with friends, listening to audiobooks and volunteering for her favorite nonprofits.
